When composing a new email, you will now see a mini calendar icon in the toolbar of the compose window which allows you to:
Offer time when you are free
- provides the ability to insert proposed meeting times directly from your calendar into email which can be sent to recipient to review + make a selection by clicking on the option that works best for them in the email

- Schedule a meeting which automatically adds and event summary directly into email you are composing
