Assign a shared drive to an organizational unit

Use Email Log Search (ELS) in your Google Admin console to find messages to and from people in your organization. You can find all messages within a certain time frame, or search for messages by sender or message ID. Optionally, download and save your your results to Google Drive or in a .csv file.
Remove an email alias you’ve assigned to someone in your organization. An email alias is a forwarding address that’s assigned to a primary email address. Messages sent to the alias are automatically sent to the person’s primary email address. Email aliases are useful for people who fill more than one role in your organization, or when you want to get messages for an account that’s no longer in use in your organization.

Allow people in your organization to record Meet meetings. Recording is a Meet video setting you can turn on or off for your users.
Save space in Drive by setting recording quality limits for screen shares in Meet meetings. If you check the Record at highest available resolution when conditions allow box, slides and other screen shares are recorded at the highest quality your connection allows. If you uncheck the box, screen shares may be saved at a lower resolution.
Restore a Google Workspace user account that’s been suspended. User accounts can be suspended automatically, for example if the account is at risk or has exceeded its limits, or by a Google Workspace administrator. Admins can reinstate an eligible user account by following the steps in this video.
As a Google Workspace administrator, you can block sign-in attempts from apps that are less secure. Less secure apps don’t use modern security standards, such as OAuth, and increase the risk of accounts being compromised. Block sign-ins from less secure apps to help keep accounts safe.
